Drop in for a guided meditation on a Thursday lunchtime. No booking required, just turn up. Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax and unwind with a 30 minute meditation. You will leave feeling calm and ready to face the world again. Only £5.

Beginners Spiritual Development Group

A Foundation Course for Beginners: 7.15pm to 9.15pm

£72 for the 6 week course

This is a foundation course for the absolute beginner, with no prior experience of psychic development workshops or meditation groups.

We are all born with psychic abilities, but unless it is nurtured and encouraged in childhood, we gradually forget this knowledge and it gets locked away in our subconscious. As adults our potential to tap into our psychic abilities is still there and under professional guidance we are able to unlock that magical ability.

Linda will gently encourage you to move forward and develop at your own pace. Working within a circle you will learn the basics to help you move forward on your spiritual journey. Being taught about meditation, grounding, protection and the chakra’s, all of which are the key to spiritual development. Basic crystal knowledge for healing and protecting the aura, cord cutting with Archangel Michael, colour readings, using symbols for readings, simple psychic art, using a pendulum correctly, and introduction to spirit.

The Rhainnon Faulkner Tarot Course

Tuesday: 7.30pm to 9.30pm

This is the first modern photographic tarot deck created by Rhiannon Faulkner who has built up her reputation as one of the most genuine clairvoyants in Devon over the past few years. Passionate about working with spirit, Rhiannon has made it her mission to change peoples’ perception of the tarot. She wants it to be recognised as the modern form of counselling, rather than a dark and misunderstood tool.

A 12 week course teaching you how to interpret the tarot cards, enabling you to read for yourself and others. Whilst giving you traditional and gypsy meanings, the focus is on developing your own intuition.

A fun yet soul searching course, concentrating on learning how to help people make decisions in their lives with use of the cards.

The Art of Peaceful Presence Meditation Course: Wednesday 6.00pm to 7.00pm

Meditation techniques for everyday life – to relax, unwind and let go, allowing inner calm and peace of mind to flow into the present moment.

This course is an introduction to the beautiful practice of meditation, suitable for beginners, those with some experience, or anyone wanting to feel more relaxed and at peace with themselves and the world around them.

In the 6 week course we will be learning simple techniques that are common to many of the worlds great healing and spiritual traditions. Universal techniques to relax the body and allow the mind to come to a place of rest, bringing you back to a sense of well being, clarity and harmony with life.

• Visualisation
