The Arbonne Detoxifying Hip and Thigh Experience

This invigorating treatment is effective on problem areas of cellulite and heaviness around the thighs, buttocks and stomach. The dynamic combination of nutritive marine botanicals rich in minerals withdraws toxins from the body and improves the skins tone and vitality.

Ideal as a course of 6 – 8 treatments and in conjunction with homecare.

Good for a special event or to get in shape for a holiday – use as part of a detox/diet programme.

Mini Facial

Luxury Manicure

As per the manicure but includes warm wax treatment. Warm wax is good for healing dry and chapped hands, improving circulation and soothing aches and pains.

The treatment begins with a relaxing hand soak, followed by exfoliation, cuticle work, massage and lastly paraffin wax is brushed onto your hands.

Cost: £29 for 1 hour

Manicure

A manicure can enhance the appearance of your hands. You will feel relaxed and the condition of your nails can be transformed. With regular treatments your hands will really benefit.

Your nails are cleaned and shaped followed by cuticle work. Your hands and lower arms are massaged and moisturised. Your nails are then painted in the colour of your choice.

Luxury Pedicure

As per pedicure but includes warm wax treatment. This is excellent for healing dry and chapped feet and improving circulation along with soothing your aches and pains.

We start with a relaxing foot soak followed by exfoliation and cuticle work.  Your feet and lower legs are massaged after which paraffin wax is then brushed onto your feet which helps seal in moisture and conditions dry skin.

Pedicure

Our feet are often forgotten about. They carry us all day every day. Why not treat your feet with a pedicure and show them off!

Your nails are cleaned and shaped followed by cuticle work. Your feet and lower leg are massaged and moisturised and finally your nails are painted the colour of your choice.

Cost: £29 for 45 minutes

Body Wrap

This Aloe Vera body wrap treatment helps you achieve immediate inch loss and cellulite reduction.

First your skin is cleansed. You are then marked and measured so that your inch loss can be calculated. The Aloe Vera body toner is then applied (patch test required before treatment) and the areas being treated will be wrapped with cling film. You will begin to feel a warming sensation.

This is the toner beginning to work. You are then left to relax for about an hour in our relaxing therapy room. Once the film is removed you will be measured again and the total inch loss will be calculated.

Waxing

At Sacred Phoenix we use the PHD system of waxing. The PHD system is the safest and most hygienic system of waxing on the market. It offers a clean and less painful method of hair removal with the assurance of no danger of cross contamination or infection.
