Sheila is a Reiki Master Teacher, Advanced Angel Practitioner and Complementary Therapist and combines Reiki with healing with the Angels. This process is both loving and supportive to your health.

During the healing session, combining healing with angelic guidance, it is possible to release from the physical body old trauma and areas of blockages that are manifested as discomfort within the body. This trauma is often stored within the layers of the chakras and it is possible to clear all seven layers of each chakra, leaving you feeling in perfect balance and harmony.

Sheila believes that "dis-ease" that manifests in the body can be a reflection of what is going on in the mind at a subconscious level. Her healing work often takes place in combination with guided meditations and/or past life regressions. This enables you to release issues stored within the unconscious mind and so to heal the mind/body relationship.

Angel Healing is deeply transformative and can heal issues from this life and also from past lives. Prior to a treatment Sheila “tunes in” to the client to see what areas need to be worked on so that you can move forward in your life. Fears and blockages are lovingly removed by the angelic realm and so allowing you to develop to your full potential.

Due to the deep level of healing received I strongly recommend a remote healing session over the telephone so that you have time to rest if required, as often the angels continue with the healing process even after the session has ended.
